Nevaeh White and Lateefa Mosley are Real Estate Investors from Allentown Pennsylvania, and currently living in Atlanta, Georgia.
The mother and daughter duo has successfully mastered a male dominated industry while servicing the community through Real Estate Investing.
Mosley, the mother of Nevaeh White, is the second oldest of 13 siblings. Mosley quickly had to learn the significance of leadership, responsibilities and the concept of thinking beyond herself. Mosley’s fast upbringing made her into a woman who understands the power of creating opportunities not just for herself, but for future generations.”
That perspective is at the heart of why she focuses on generational wealth and helping other women gain the tools, knowledge, and confidence to do the same.
White, Lateefa’s daughter, watched her mother navigate through life with grace, resilience and determination which inspired her to follow in her mother’s footsteps.
Together, their upbringing instilled a shared belief towards education, determination, and support. They’re out to prove that women can confidently create wealth, transform their lives and build a legacy that benefits their families and communities for generations to come.
THE BEGINNING
Q. When did you ladies get into the Real Estate business and at what moment did y’all realize that this was going to be a successful career choice for you both?
“We got into real estate several years ago, and we realized it was going to be a successful career the moment we saw the positive impact we could have on people’s lives. Success, for us, isn’t just about deals or numbers, it’s about helping people from all walks of life.”

Q. When did you ladies go into business together and solidify this partnership and what inspired the collaboration?
“We’ve been in business together for three years as a mother-daughter duo, and our journey is very personal. My mother started her real estate portfolio in a male-dominated industry, and she often faced challenges because contractors and others treated her differently for being a woman.”
“That experience made her realize how much confidence matters and how few spaces exist specifically for women to learn how to invest in real estate.”
