I want you all to understand that I’m human just like them, if you don’t push yourself, go hard for yourself, no one will, stand on business about you. So this is what it looks like to stand on business about your dreams. I’m just doing the necessary to be The greatest out of my state MISSISSIPPI, and motivate and inspire others that’s coming behind me, is really what I want everyone to understand.

You’ve built a reputation for standing firmly in who you are. Was there a moment in your life when you realized you no longer needed anyone’s approval to be yourself?

Since I was a little girl I’ve always had a big personality and sense of humor & never cared what people thought of me. That’s what made me the person I am today. My late great grandmother “Big Momma,” taught me early: Not to ever care what man has to say. God is the only who can judge me. I NEVER CARE ABOUT VALIDATION FROM PEOPLE. I WILL STAY TRUE TO ME. I strongly believe: Stand for something or fall for anything.

Reality television can open doors, but it can also come with pressure, criticism, and expectations. How have you protected your mental space while navigating the spotlight?

Focus on the positive and capitalize off of the negative energy works best for me any day, and let’s not forget the good prayers and conversations with God.

As Badd Dolly continues to evolve beyond what viewers see on Zeus, what is the next chapter you’re creating—and what should fans be expecting from you next?

So as a Cancer with many many talents, just be prepared to see me all over magazines, television screens, movies & even billboards. Who knows?
